One of the programs carried out by the Indonesian government to succeed in smoothing the process of pregnancy to childbirth is the Maternity Planning and Prevention Complication Program (P4K). The form of this program is by attaching stickers on the doorsteps of pregnant women as a form of warning and awareness for the surrounding community to be more concerned about pregnant women in the house.

Samoby is a renewable innovation from the program. Midwives can monitor pregnant women in their area who have not installed P4K stickers, so that there will be follow-up carried out by midwives, either through cadres or other communities. The hope, this application will affect the decline in Maternal and Infant Mortality.
