RCC Customer Product Service Status Inquiry Application

App is Designed by RCC, A Business Unit of Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. for their Customers to check the status of the Product with or Without Serial Numbers submitted to its Service Centers for Service.

Customer needs to Input any one of the details like RMA Number, Serial Number, Inward Challan Number, Mobile Number or Email ID to get the Service Status of the Product that they have submitted at one of RCC Service Center.

Terms and Conditions on the Usage of the APP

1. The Data Shown by this APP is solely Authorized for the owner of the Product submitted at our Service Center.

2. The Data shown in this APP is only an Information and hence the correctness needs to be reconfirmed with the Center where the Product has been submitted by the Customer.

3. No Claims against Service based on this APP will be entertained unless the right document is produced by the customer at the place where Product was submitted
