21st Annual Meeting of the DGA in 2018 (28 February to 03 March 2018 in Halle)

We cordially invite you to the 21st annual conference of the German Society for Audiology (DGA) to the time -honored university city of Halle (Saale). With the conference we build on the long audiological tradition in Halle. The topic of the conference "Listen: From the sound wave to cognition", a bridge strikes from the basic signal theoretical research to subjective and objective audiological diagnostics to cognitive aspects of hearing processing and perception, which also reflects the research focus "Epidemiology and Nursing Research" of the over 500 -year -old medical faculty of the university.
With the invited speakers from home and abroad for plenary lectures and the choice of topics for the structured meetings, we hope to set current and relevant priorities in the context of interdisciplinary care, of which impulses should be used for their work. We encourage and ask you to participate with an active contribution, as a lecture or poster presentation. Four tutorials with an offer on current topics offer the possibility of individual professional training.
