With Denotify you can block unwanted notifications:
* Permanently
* Based on time slot
* Based on their content
* When connected to the specified WiFi networks
** You can even block a specific notification ID of the app
If you don't want to block notifications you can change their sounds, vibration and LEDs to any sound/vibration/LED you want.

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - To access the list of saved WiFi networks

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - To play your own ringtone for notification
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - To play your own ringtone for notification
MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS - To be able to mute sounds
